These Terms apply to this website and to every brand website operated by WorldWalk, LLC.

1. Who we are. The Sites are owned and operated by WorldWalk, LLC. Our brand names are registered trade names of WorldWalk, LLC.
2. What we do. We are a free service that connects homeowners with independent contractors. We are not a contractor. We do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any home improvement work.
3. Contractors are independent. Any contract for work is solely between you and the contractor. We do not guarantee any contractor’s licensing, pricing, availability, or workmanship. Verify licensing and insurance yourself before hiring.
4. No guarantee of a match. We cannot guarantee a contractor is available for every project or area.
5. Your information. You agree the information you submit is accurate, that you are at least 18, and that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number you provide.
6. Communications. Your consent to be contacted is described in the disclosure shown on the form you submitted and in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means.
7. Estimates. Any cost figures on our Sites are general information only. Only a contractor’s written estimate reflects the price of your project.
8. Intellectual property. Site content belongs to WorldWalk, LLC and may not be copied without permission.
9. Disclaimer. The Sites are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorldWalk, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of any contractor.
11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
